Recently I had Douglass Restoration out to replace my roof. I found the owner very professional and courteous. After receiving a few different estimates they also had the best prices. I love my new roof and the quality of work that was done. The materials were high quality and the workmanship was up to my standards.

Douglass Restoration just finished my reroof job. The whole process was pretty painless. We met the owner, got the estimate (which he stuck to completely) and scheduled the job. The tear out crew, the initial underlayment and plywood crew and the shingling crew all came, worked and cleaned up very well. Steve was very patient with us, explaining each step and answering all our questions (of which we had a ton). All in all I would recommend DRI to anyone who wants a quality job at a very competitive price.

We had our roof completed a while ago, but were so busy we couldn’t leave the review until now!

First of all, WOW! We love our roof! There are no words, the roof is absolutely beautiful We ordered a steel roof, which DRI installed. All of my neighbors love it, some jealous, some happy to see our old house get a new roof.

Every step of the roof installation was communicated with us, they didn’t just do the job, they explained what they were doing each step of the way, the way a real contractor should be!

You really cannot get better than DRI – the pricing was the absolute best in town, without question. They bid lower, worked faster, and installed a higher quality roof… How could you lose with them?

They also went above and beyond and took care of some additional issues our old house had during the installation. DRI was extremely willing and understood that an old house has a few surprises, all of which they were willing to help fix with zero problem at all!
